TRUE ALPHA LTD. REFUND/RETURN POLICY

True Alpha is committed to your satisfaction. We will gladly exchange, credit or refund your purchase of any merchandise purchased at AlphaMaleChallenge.com, if returned within 30 days of the shipping date, excluding Shipping & Handling. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, have the tags attached and be accompanied with the original invoice. Items that are returned and don’t meet the criteria above will not be processed and can be sent back to the customer with applicable shipping rates due the customer.

To return by mail, please send prepaid via UPS or insured USPS. Be sure to include your name and address on the label (we will not accept any packages without a return name and address). Allow 2 weeks for processing.

Should you wish to return and/or exchange for new merchandise, please follow our instructions below.

TO PREPARE YOUR RETURN:
Make a copy of your packing slip for your records.
Please use the original packaging or similar appropriate packaging.
To expedite your return/exchange, please insert the packing slip.
If your exchange order requires additional payment, please include a credit card number to be charged.

PLEASE NOTE:
Money orders, cashiers’ checks or personal checks will not be accepted. If received, the order will be returned to you with a letter of explanation. Pack and tape your package securely.
For tracking purposes, it is important that you ship your package via United Parcel Service (UPS) or insured Parcel Post. (We cannot accept C.O.D.)

If there is a problem with your order, please email customer support at support@alphamalechallenge.com. Some returns are subject to a re-stocking fee at management's discretion.

Your shipping address cannot be changed once your order has been shipped. We will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to us. We will re-ship an order that is returned because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete at the customer’s expense.
